Date rollover bug with first jump after 31st August 2017

The data rollover fix for jumps after 2017 is in place within the application, however, the latest selectable date of the first genuine jump is 31st August 2017. In my scenario, the first logged jump is 2021, so the fix does not calculate the dates properly.
