Standardize `DRUGBANK` and `DrugBank` suffices withihn PrimeKG preprocessing

We have two different suffices for Drugbank entities, one coming from PrimeKG, others from ROBOKOP/RTX

Consistently standardizes (likely to DRUGBANK as it's consistent with nodenorm)

PrimeKG does use DrugBank instead of DRUGBANK as a prefix. I will add a PR for fixing this in the preprocessing pipeline.

do you all know about Bioregistry (https://github.com/biopragmatics/bioregistry/)? it has a comprehensive database of prefixes and tools for standardizing identifiers/curies

@cthoyt we know about it, and whilst we are not leveraging it in the pipeline directly (we are using https://nodenormalization-sri.renci.org), I know several of the contributors did find this resource helpful - me included :)

Closing the issue as suffixes were fixed & pushed to GCS already
