HTTP timing out strategy is too Aggressive

I was trying to implement a simple widget involving the use of fetch, and seemed that the default 5 seconds was not long enough for the server to respond, which I have no control of. I really wanted that simple widget. Potential solutions cloud be:

• Raise the default timeout
• Add timeoutInterval to the request parameters which is how Scriptable handles the problem

#10 implements the latter. Would be glad if it's merged. I am also open to any suggestions otherwise
