I assume you are thinking of something different than just a given load profile (as this could be added to the regular household demand). But are you sure they are really unlimited (unless somebody opens the window or spills the hot water)?
Maybe have a look at PR #25 , "buffered" consumer (this is really just a proposal in order to start the discussion somewhere, it certainly has to be improved).

The idea is to have (as simple as possible) model for a thermal buffer that is being drained by a forecasted consumption (hot water, space heating). The optimizer can chose the optimal heating profile to the buffer as long as the consumption can be satisfied and the buffer size is sufficient.

Is that what you would have in mind?
