Add extensive documentation

The set of challenges cover different ciphers/cryptographic algorithms. Also, some challenges attempt to attack these ciphers.

• Introduce resource materials for the topics per package:
• Description/introduction to the cipher.
• Attacks on the cipher. (optional, depends on what is tackled in the challenges)

Add checklist by package to track documented ones (list to be available after restructure).
