As with any modern application, we use many third-party libraries. The definitive list is in scripts/install_libraries.sh (for installation) and in .arduino-ci.yml (for testing). These libraries are found in Arduino Continuous Integration where we have forks of generally-available libraries that have been augmented with testing mocks.
