Show revision

Currently, the folling information is displayed: padname, last edited, pad user count.
It would be nice to also see the revision, e.g., to decide whether a pad has been edited at all.

Recently I created ep_adminpads3, a fork of ep_adminpads2 to handle sorting and more columns.

It has some flaws but does the job for me. (I'm not a JS/Node developer)
