Interest in PRs

Hi, I recently tried to use this crate and have found out that on recent versions of rustc the linux support is broken. The https://github.com/ethanpailes/debug-here/blob/master/src/internal.rs#L111 landing pad gets optimized out even on debug builds.

I was wondering if this project is open for modifications or if it would be better to fork it.
