Doesn't set PYTHONPATH on Windows #7
Description
When depending on this project in my build, it fails with the following error on Windows:
Fatal Python error: initfsencoding: unable to load the file system codec
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'
It seems that this is due to the PYTHONPATH being incorrect so it can't find modules that should be included.
