+# ESX Framework Contributor License Agreement (CLA)
+
+Thank you for contributing to the ESX Framework project!
+To ensure that the ESX Framework team can enforce licensing and maintain the integrity of the project, we require that all contributors agree to this CLA.
+
+## 1. Definitions
+
+- **Project**: Any ESX Framework repository under the ESX Framework GitHub organization and any directly related codebases to which this CLA applies.
+- **Contribution**: Any code, documentation, or other materials you submit to the project.
+- **Organization / Enforcers**: The ESX Framework management team or any person assigned by the management team to enforce the Project's license.
+
+## 2. Grant of License Enforcement Rights
+
+By submitting a Contribution to the Project, you agree that the Organization is authorized to:
+
+1. Enforce the Project's license for this Contribution, including taking any reasonable and legally recognized actions necessary to address license violations. This may include, but is not limited to, issuing compliance requests, sending DMCA notices, and pursuing legal actions when required.
+2. Act on your behalf for the limited purpose of license enforcement, solely in relation to your Contribution and only to the extent necessary to protect the Project's licensing terms.
+
+**Note:** This CLA does not transfer copyright ownership. You retain full copyright of your Contribution.
+
+## 3. Irrevocability of Granted Rights
+
+After your Contribution is merged into the Project, the rights granted to the Organization under this CLA for that specific contribution become permanent and cannot be withdrawn.
+
+## 4. Representation and Warranty
+
+You represent that: 
+
+1. You have the right to submit your Contribution under this CLA.
+2. Your Contribution does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
+
+## 5. Acceptance
+
+To accept this CLA, you must include the following statement in your pull request:
+
+> "I have read and agree to the [ESX Framework CLA](https://github.com/ESX-Framework/.github/blob/main/CLA.md)"
+
+By doing so, you are granting the Organization the rights described above.
+
