`version` is obsolete and "Cannot connect to the Docker daemon"

it shows the warn "WARN[0000] /Users/bruce/Develop/self/react-microapps/docker-compose.yml: version is obsolete
Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?" when I run the command "docker-compose up".

do you know how should i fix it?
