container not movable when top is outside of the canvas #92
Description
when a container is placed too high and the WireIt-Container-ddhandle is outside of the canvas, the scrollbars don't appear (when placed too far right or down then the scrollbars do appear), resulting in not being able to move or delete the container ever again.
