Settting header row index in "ToList" method

Hi.

I think it'd be a good idea to have a "headerRowIndex" parameter in "ToList" extension method to start reading the rows from a certain row index. "CheckAndThrowIfDuplicatedColumnsFound" and "CheckHeadersAndThrow" methods have this parameter and the validation works well.

This can be a possible solution:

This has been implemented in branch \eature/header-row-index-and-nested-columns\ and will ship in v3.1.0.

You can now pass a \headerRowIndex\ via the read configuration:

worksheet.ToList(c => c.WithHeaderRowIndex(3));
// or
worksheet.AsEnumerable(c => c.WithHeaderRowIndex(3));

This tells the library that the header row is at row 3, so all rows above it are skipped and data is read from row 4 onwards. The default behaviour (header on row 1) is unchanged.
