[Can't build C file, limitations on settings

### What happened?

I configured CodeLite to recognise my C based MingGW-w64 compiler or gcc and clang but am unable to build any new C files.  The wizard scanner is also not very productive.  Would like to use CodeLite for C/C++ and Node.
