Which is the oldest version of WxWidgets supported?

And is there a policy of version of wxWidgets supported?

• Some provided instruction (https://github.com/eranif/codelite/wiki/WxWidgets31Binaries) propose 3.1 version.
• Some code has #if wxVERSION_NUMBER < 2900 (https://github.com/eranif/codelite/blob/master/CodeLite/winprocess.cpp#L127)
• Some part of code use construct (initialization of wxArrayString with initializer_list) available since 3.2.3) (https://github.com/eranif/codelite/blob/master/Plugin/clGotoAnythingManager.cpp#L104)
• CI uses 3.2.8 as oldest version.

Once clarified, CI might be adjusted, obsolete code removed, new code fixed, instruction updated.

We aim to support latest stable wxWidgets (3.2.8?) and current master.

Some provided instruction (Wiki: WxWidgets31Binaries) propose 3.1 version.

3.1 is not supported and we should fix the docs.

Some code has #if wxVERSION_NUMBER < 2900 (master/CodeLite/winprocess.cpp#L127)

Probably a very old code :)
