This effort focuses on integrating CGR’s LabVantage LIMS with Connect to support the receipt and tracking of specimen data.

Currently, specimen receipt (e.g., returned kits from sites and participants) is handled manually and is not scalable. CGR will be taking over this process and entering receipt data into their LabVantage system. We need to establish a reliable integration to ensure that all relevant receipt data is transmitted back into Connect.

Overall Scope
The integration will be delivered in two phases:

• Phase 1
  CGR will ingest CSV files provided by the team (e.g., shipped and received specimens) to begin loading data into their system while the current receipt process remains unchanged. (This is being implemented in Biospecimens: Add CSV file for home mouthwash kits shipped out and not recd back yet #1596 in April 2026 release)
• Phase 2
  CGR will fully take over the receipt process, including receiving packages, entering data into their system, and sending that data back to Connect.
