Documenting an added item

A simple form for users to document the addition of an item to a container/resource.

Intended use cases:

• a lack of something was documented during a full check and should be rectified shortly afterwards
• in item went missing during an event, and should be replaced before the next full check

There should be a list of all missing items within a container/resource, with form elements to note which one is replaced.

For all replaced items it must be possible to add one or several expiry dates.

yep, this is very similar to #9 and #10, since all the views feed the same model with data.

However, I think most reuse potential exists between #9 (provide all contents of a compartment) and #11 (provide all contents for formerly missing entries), which both document what is there for a selected list. Meanwhile, #10 should document what is absent within the full list.
