### Documenting a missing item

A simple form for users to document the withdrawal of a material from a container/resource.

Intended use cases:
* an item is used during an event, and that is documented  
* someone notices a something to be missing

It should be possible to document multiple withdrawals at once (i.e. when sending an after-event-report), but without the complexity of a full check.
