Instructions for manually setting up a node do not include Validating #5
Description
The "minimum viable" instructions for setting up a node on Ephemery currently do not include instructions for validating with that node.
While they are still useful (they enable the user to sync the chain and publish transactions via their own local RPC endpoint), they do not allow a user to validate the chain.
This issue is to track the evolution of these instructions to include validating.
