DCS 2.9 Apache stutter issue

Hi there

I am asking with what i can do to help diagnose the problem in the new 2.9 update where dcs is causing a shutter every second. The reason i have narrowed it down to dcs interface is i removed all scripts and added one by one back. It was dcs interface causing the issue with the export scripts. If i don't load dcs-interface the stutter is gone. The stutter starts as soon as you load in with a constant frame time every 1 second. I have video and images of this happening

Here is the kicker. It only does it in multiplayer and only in the apache.
Every other airframe is OK. So what do i need to try to eliminate this stutter.
