Townie helper shows in StoryQuests and quests that don't have helpers

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Complete a LoreQuest that has a Retelling at the end (either Void or Musician at the time of writing)
2. Choose a reward
3. Now start a StoryQuest

Notice that the helper townie is shown in the HUD:

I had imagined that the helpers only applied to LoreQuests not to StoryQuests. (But this could be up for discussion!)

I think that StoryQuest creators can also use helpers in their levels to make them easier, or different! But this needs to be documented. Also maybe the helper face in the HUD should appear only when the player is in a level that have them? That would be less confusing, I think.

OK - maybe if we have an inventory UI the helper would always be shown there, but they only show in the HUD if they are in the current scene?
