Marking as Read on particpant side of CFP

I'm a CFP admin (arts team) who has submitted their own CFP (1x installation and 1x performance)

I noticed I could press a mark as read button on the consumer side - I'm not sure if that's something a non admin can do.

I pressed that button and then went to check on it on the admin side and noticed it had also been marked read there, which in the case of needing a reply from another admin isnt ideal as it now doesnt alert them to that message in their inbox,

Basically: this is only broken for CfP admins who are also proposers. Otherwise it just marks messages as read 'to you'.
