Make sure volunteers have a "need to know" sheet

There are things all volunteers must be aware of. This should be listed on the site and easily accessible. Current things are:

• who they are, how to get hold of them, what they do for:
  • Site manager
  • Conduct
  • security
  • first aid
• what to do in case of
  • fire
  • lost child

who is "they" in this statement? or do you mean for the roles at the top

Also is noise being back with conduct instead of the site manager or as well as?
