Videos don't render properly - stuck at first frame

When I edit, I can hear the audio but the video footage is just stuck at the first frame for the entire short.

What browser and device are you using? does this happen on all clips or a specific set?

Clips are typically fetched from Twitch links, meant for vertical shorts

Windows 11 Laptop, Google Chrome latest version

Okay I retried it

Now the video is not stuck on the first frame, but some layers are massively lagging.
