MacOS terminal window remains in background after terminal build task is triggered.

As per title, the terminal/mono window doesn't go to foreground automaticaly.
It needs to be done manually.
I've tried to disable the (suggested somewhere) "secure keyboard entry", but it did not change anything.
Is this causes by some OS limitation/security feature or could be changed in settings?

Unfortunately, I do not have access to MacOS so unable to provide any support on this, maybe a member of the community can?

This has been the case for some years when launching CSpect via Mono via command-line tools. In the absence of a workaround, I have learned muscle memory of Command+Tab to gain focus. Another option may be to force it to launch in fullscreen mode (if that is suitable for your workflow).

Yes, that seems to be the best way with a single monitor setup. With a dual display, I was just dragging the VSCode window to the second display so it did not cover the terminal on the first/main one.

I haven't user -mouse.

Regarding mono - I just learned to move the vscode window to the second screen and this way mono opens on the default/first one. No idea if you can force mono window to open on a specific screen.
