docs(tutorial): clarify status accepts both number and string names

This updates the status-and-headers tutorial to clarify that the status() function accepts both numeric status codes and string status names.

Both of these are equivalent:

• status(418, "I'm a teapot")
• status("I'm a teapot", "I'm a teapot")

String status names provide TypeScript autocompletion for all valid HTTP statuses.

Builds on elysiajs/elysia#1062 to make this feature more discoverable to users.

Note: This PR includes the changes from #737 (typo fixes). Once #737 is merged, this PR's diff will show only the tutorial explanation changes.
