Prioritize on going shows on Dashboard

Next up section of the Dashboard seems to show randomly TV Shows that have some watched episodes but not all watched.
I think that in addition to this, there should be a priority on the TV Shows that have at least 1 seasons with some watched episodes but not all.

Was looking at the Next-Up page, it seems to make this priority, on consecutive page reloads the shows are in the same "place", it looks like sorting is from the last watched date/time from the most recent to the oldest. I think this should be the order on the dashboard as well.

Next up picks the 10 last watched by recency. And then shuffles them so the backdrop on the homepage isn't always the same. It was driving me nuts during all the months I was developing it, always looking at the same backdrop. So I added the shuffling.
