Removing a format in rich text is leading to wrong diff

Hi,

We are facing two problem when using the semantic diff to compare bullet text.

- Removing a bullet in the beginning of formatted text leads to showing the complete text as deleted.

- Adding a new bullet at the end of the list is not recognized as a new text.
