Need to modify installation behavior for compliance with upcoming Administrator Protection Changes in Windows

The key issue is the removal of Auto-elevation, however there's a lot of updates that could be good to maintain security compliance with.

Per the latest documentation, this feature appears to not have rolled out with 25H2. Still investigating optimizations that can be instituted, however I will need to test this to see how far the scope interacts when ETT is compiled into an executable
