Create a new database

As a developer I would like to create a new database to store all of my application's information including my user's information, my own information, and general information the application needs access to.

I will need to:

1. Set up Firebase
2. Link Firebase to my application

Updated issue 02/24/20:
Instead of using phpMyAdmin as a SQL database I have decided to change my source to Firebase due to simplicity. It was requiring research that I was very unfamiliar with to implement a web host, a web server and the database itself.
