Num Lock state is not remembered

What Happened?

The OS remembers the last Num Lock state on login, but it does not work if you are logging in secure session.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in classic session
2. Turn on num lock
3. Log out
4. Log in classic session (num lock remembers its state and turns on)
5. Log out
6. Log in secure session (num lock is off)

Expected Behavior

Num Lock should restore its state from the last logged session.

Hello everyone,

I'm jumping in here because my problem also involves Num Lock and is similar.

Problem: I'm working with Num Lock enabled, connected to a docking station with an external keyboard and monitors.

The indicator light on the keyboard also shows that Num Lock is enabled.

I shut down the laptop, then later work only with the laptop and shut it down again.

The next time I work with the docking station, external keyboard, and monitors, the keyboard indicates that Num Lock is enabled, but it doesn't work.

If I then disable Num Lock (the indicator light on the keyboard also goes out), Num Lock works again in the OS.
