when screenshot session gets kills and logout

What Happened?

when i take a screenshot using control+shift+printscreen, randomly, the session gets kills and a white screen with session lost, and a button for log out appears.

Steps to Reproduce

randomly:

1. take screenshot
2. when pasting anywhere sometimes, others just when taking the screenshot, session get kills and white screen appears telling me this and i lost the session with everything i got opened.

Expected Behavior

just take a screenshot and grab the image so i can copy-paste anywhere.
