Show an indicator when sleep is prevented

Problem

It's easy to toggle off sleep but then forget about it and wonder why the computer isn't going to sleep

Proposal

We should probably add a panel icon when sleep is being prevented

Prior Art (Optional)

Previous iterations of the prevent sleep quick control like Caffeine provided their own indicator

Assuming we don't want to change the Quick Settings indicator, what if we show a new indicator for it? We already have one for night light. EDIT: oh, wait, you already said that. I misread.

Pressing it would immediately disable sleep prevention. Alternatively, open a menu containing the disable button.

Maybe the icon could be a coffee cup. ☕
