Create a publisher to Cloudflare R2 Bucket

Problem description

I am implementing auto updates in an Electron application with Forge, and I noticed that there is no implementation for Cloudflare R2. It has features very similar to AWS S3 Bucket, and I think it would be a great addition to the project.

Proposed solution

Creation of a package called publisher-r2 with the respective integration

Alternatives considered

Use the S3 or other publisher

I’d like to work on this issue and implement the proposed publisher-r2 integration for Cloudflare R2.

I have experience with Electron Forge and publisher implementations, and I’m confident I can deliver a clean and well-documented solution aligned with the existing architecture.

If this feature is within scope, could you please assign this issue to me? Also, let me know if there are any design guidelines or constraints I should follow before starting.
