<strong>HOA ASSESSMENT INFORMATION</strong>
</br>The 2017 Annual Assessment rate was set at $100.00 per dwelling (home), and is due June 1. You will receive a bill in the mail. Balances not paid in full by July 1 began accruing 1.5% interest per month until the balance is paid in full. If you are unsure how much you owe, you can

<strong><font size="3">PAYING DUES </font></strong></br>You may pay
<a href="/store/c1/Featured_Products.html">online</a> or with a check. For your convenience, <span>payments</span> can deposited in the HOA drop box. The drop box is located on Prairie Rose Lane between Sunflower and Dropseed, on the West side of the street.</br></br>
