Read base XSD schema to allow more accurate processing of built-in types

Currently built-in types like Name, token etc do not have links to simpleTypes defined in base XMLSchema xsd. Adding this will help to read type information more accurately. Also this will allow for easier support of other XSD versions (2.0) in the future.
