Documentation: add a list of all packages that are currently supported

Update the documentation with a friendly list of all ROS packages and their dependencies that are currently supported for crosscompiling.
For now the best source is the [rosinstall file](https://github.com/ekumenlabs/roscpp_android/blob/master/ndk.rosinstall)
