Build does not support C++11

The library console_bridge fails to build after being updated to C++11.

According to this and this other we need to add the compiler flag and link the appropriate library for Android.
This will probably require updating the android.toolchain.cmake. Reference: https://github.com/taka-no-me/android-cmake
