Both libraries that are used by docgen-loader have critical vulnerability and should be updated.

loader-utils 0.2.17 has CVE-2022-37601 vulnerability,
marked 0.3.19 has CVE-2022-21681 vulnerability.

loader-utils should be updated to the version 1.4.2
marked should be updated to the version 4.0.10
