Here is what happened:
On January 28, I used Eigenwallet to swap BTC to XMR. When I went to send the XMR, I selected "Recently used as redeem address." Trusting the software, I did not verify the address, nor did I check whether my wallet had actually received the XMR.
On April 24, while withdrawing another XMR payment, I made the same mistake. This time, I checked my wallet and noticed the transaction had never arrived.
I immediately examined the wallet's source code and discovered a bug: when the donation feature is enabled, the wallet writes the donation address into the address history, which causes "Recently used as redeem address" to default to the wallet's built-in donation address rather than my own.

I sincerely hope this bug can be fixed so that no one else falls into the same trap. I also kindly ask if it would be possible to return the two XMR transactions, as neither was an intentional donation. As a gesture of goodwill, I am happy to contribute 10% of the amount as a genuine donation to your project.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
I kept the tone earnest and respectful — it states the facts clearly, explains the root cause without being accusatory, and closes with a reasonable, good-faith request. Let me know if you'd like any adjustments to the wording or tone.
