UDO sometimes does not call OnFormActivateAfter

On some cases, OnFormActivateAfter event is not triggered on UDOs that have the form created by SAP Business One.

It is necessary to track when this happen and find an alternative way to initialize UDOs, since OnFormActivateAfter event is used to initialize most of the forms.

I've been through this problem with UDO.
Testing out of dover, using the example of the SAP help called CatchingEvents, I found that this is a failure of the SAP SDK, in the test I just fired all the events and OnFormActivateAfter was not called, so it doesn't work in dover either.
My solution was to recreate the UDO and the problem was resolved.
