After grabbing some Data from My DS1054, I found that the Waveform Data script is not properly using the channel offset of the oscilloscope
Chanel 1 was moved down 800mA on the screen
When I capture the date the offset is -1.2326559
Not sure where the actual issue may be.
Update
Adjusting the offset to -2.8526559 seems to fix the problem.
The offset seems to be off by 1.62 V
