XRToolkit -> wiggle ray line is hard to use

As the XR toolkit has the short XR Ray, and then the wavy one, it seems a lot of people have trouble finding the 'straight ahead' to point at a button.
See if we can change it into a fixed straight ray (like before), or make it a setting somewhere to toggle between settings for this.

Changed a setting on the near-far components line renderer so it does not retract when nothing is selected.
Applied to left+right controller and hand.
