Remove miscategorized graph-node errors #363
Description
This is a meta issue to incrementally prune the set of graph-node responses we need to special-case. For each entry, at least 20 epochs should probably pass after a graph-node release fixes the issue. After that point the entry can be removed and indexers can be expected to have software that handles these conditions correctly.
