[BUG] - Audio Quality Details Don't Reflect Transcoding Settings

Describe the bug

When Tempus is set to show audio details (file format and bit rate), the details of the original file are shown even if a transcoded copy is downloaded.

I've checked my download folder so I know that the transcoding settings are being followed, it's a visual bug.

Expected behavior

Audio detals should should accurately show the details of transcoded files

I've noticed the same thing, which led me to think that transcoding wasn't happening. I told Tempus to use the music directory (which was otherwise empty) for downloads and verified that transcoded files (Opus, 128 kbps) are getting saved. Even when I switched on airplane mode and played the downloaded files, the codec information associated with the file on my Navidrome server is what was displayed:

If it makes a difference, I'm runnning v4.13.0 (ungoogled, installed via Obtainium from the GitHub release) on a Fairphone 5 with a stock Android 15 ROM. (Probably going to switch it to LineageOS, but that is out of scope here. :) ) The same behavior was also observed on a Moto Z Play (yes, it's ancient) running /e/.
