The repo list gets confused when the packId in repo.json disagrees with the index.json

The if the two list different values and the pack is loaded, the "Activate" button won't change and an empty entry in the repo table will be created.

DDDG should replace the packId in the repo-list if the index.json disagrees and warn about the mismatch.
