Achievements panel completely empty

Presumably because I have no achievements. At least it should say something like "Your achievements will appear here as you earn them." or the like.

@phlindstedt can you do this? Both in the achievements window and the small achievement stars shown in user menu. Just a simple message that there are no achievements yet.
