PNG and SVG export cut text out of exported picture, considering parts and items to define the border of the picture, not considering text (i.e. connection names)

SysON is based on SiriusWeb, and this problem is known on their side: eclipse-sirius/sirius-web#4532

There's also eclipse-sirius/sirius-web#4506 on the Sirius Web side. It might be the same root issue for both, but further analysis would be needed to confirm.
