Flow creation between parameters generates an error

Tested on SysOn 2026.1.0, under Windows, Firefox and Chrome.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create parameter usages on 2 action usages
• In a general view, try to connect a parameter to another one
• 2 types of connections are displayed :
  • Bind
  • Flow
• Select Flow

Expected behavior:

• Flow connection succesfully created between the 2 parameters.

Actual behavior:

• Error message occurs : Something went wrong while executing the tool 'New Flow (flow)'

👉This is a regression because this was working as expected on 2025.12.0

💡The bind connection is wrorking well.
