Nodes are dropped from the diagram

Hello
We are noticing a weird behavior on compartments.
On 2025.12.0, if we set up a simple model on the interconnection view with nested parts within a part and we click on the interconnection compartment to move the containing node, the nodes of the nested parts are dropped from the diagram.

Do you have the same behavior ?

Thank you for raising this problem.

No I do not reproduce it on the main branch.
Some weeks ago, Sirius Web (on which SysON depends) fixed the following problem eclipse-sirius/sirius-web#5924. It seems quite close to the problem you describe here.

For tests purpose, could you please try to reproduce it on the latest commit on main branch?
